Thanks again Paul for being so prompt coming out and repairing the window in our lounge (sliding hinges replaced). Sorry we weren’t at home when you arrived, but thank you for waiting! It was nice to catch up and in case you were wondering; Paul Edwards made a good job of hoovering up what little mess there was after! 😉 To anyone reading this, Paul is a no nonsense, gets the job done sort of bloke. I would definitely recommend him.

I contacted Paul having got his details from Derbyshire Trusted Traders when I damaged a conservatory window panel whilst mowing the lawn. He attended the same day and took measurements, he gave me a realistic timescale to provide a full quotation for the work required as it was a Bank Holiday weekend. He contacted me after the weekend to confirm the cost and explained the timescale for the replacement panel to be manufactured and arranged a date for the fitting. He attended today as agreed and carried out the work efficiently, promptly and with no fuss. I am happy with the work carried out and the rate charged. If I need similar work to be done in the future I will go straight back to him. Based on this experience I would recommend his services to others.

Paul carried out a number of upvc window repairs for me including replacing misted window panes, adjustments and new hinges to upvc front door and a new upvc garage window. All the work was carried out promptly and to a very high standard. I would certainly use him for any future work of this kind – a very professional craftsman.
